The COVID-19 pandemic forced people all over the world to adjust their lifestyles, including the way they shop. So, the brand decided to launch their Mobile App through which people can shop with the same shopping experience as they have with Physical Flores Cart .
Flores Cart's USP is customized flower arrangements tailored to customers' preferences. The app aims to streamline buying while keeping it hassle-free. The challenge lies in balancing ample choices with simplicity to avoid overwhelming users.
The Flores Cart app is designed to provide a simple, user-friendly platform for customers to easily customize their flower arrangements. The goal is to offer a smooth experience, allowing users to create personalized bouquets tailored to their preferences without feeling overwhelmed by too many options. Ultimately, the app aims to make the process of customizing and ordering high-quality, unique flower arrangements both easy and enjoyable.
To better understand and empathise with users, I conducted personal Interviews. I wanted to learn from the target audience what services they use to order, what they like or dislike about the process, were they able to make buying decision quickly, about their ease of use, pain points and what features they think are necessary to order flowers online.
